1. Obtain a Stallion Service Contract & a Cooled Semen Shipment Request Form - CLICK HERE

2. Complete the Stallion Service Agreement and the Cooled Semen Shipment Request Form.
3. Attach a check payable to Dual Peppy Partners for the breeding fee & transported cooled semen fee
   totaling $3,100 to the Stallion Service Agreement.
4. Attach a copy of your mare’s papers to the Stallion Service Contract.  A copy of your contract forms will be mailed back to you.

As soon as transferred funds are confirmed, semen can be shipped to the location you provide.

General Information: 

1.    Contact (719) 528-6038.
2.    Request "Cooled Semen Shipment Request Form" or download it as described above.
3.    All paperwork and payments must arrive  ** PRIOR TO SHIPMENT OF SEMEN**
4.    When you or your veterinarian determine the first day of heat for your mare, contact us immediately.
5.    (a)    Have your veterinarian determine the approximate date of ovulation and contact us with that date.
       (b)    Have your veterinarian estimate the date (s)he wants semen shipped; your transported semen fee includes
                disposable EST transporter overnight via Federal Express delivery one-way no return required (no Sunday delivery,
                Saturday deliveries at some locations is an extra freight charge).  SAME DAY AIR IS NOT OFFERED AT THIS TIME.

        Shipping prices are subject to increases in freight charges by carriers in 2008, there may be some adjustment to accommodate this increase.
6.    Call us before 9:00 am central time on the day you require shipment to be made (approximately 24 hours prior to ovulation).
                                - We will ship 1 dose of semen for your mare.  The dose will contain double the number of motile sperm required
                                   for on-farm artificial insemination.  You may breed your mare immediately upon receipt of your shipment.
                                - When the shipment arrives, DO NOT OPEN the container until your veterinarian arrives and is ready (mare 
                                  caught up and prepped) to inseminate your mare.
                                - Remove the single dose (1 plastic pouch or syringe) = double the on-farm insemination dose from the
                                   container for the insemination.
7.    Notify Dual Peppy Partners when your mare has been checked in foal.
